Questions 1 - 3 refer to the following conversation:

M:Excuse me; I think there is a mistake on my bill.
W: Oh, what's the problem, sir? 

M: Well, it says here that the main course is 20 dollars but I saw the ad on TV and it said that you're offering a 15 percent discount.
W: Oh, I see. Actually, that price is only for seafood and only from 12:30 to 1 o'clock.

Questions 4 - 6 refer to the following conversation:

M: Good evening. I made a reservation this morning. The name was Richard. But can I change it now? My partner prefers to have a table by the window.
W: I'm sorry, sir. It seems that those tables are full.Would you like to have a table on the balcony? The view is excellent, and we only have one left.
M: That's fine. I'll take it. By the way, what is the special today?
W: Grilled salmon, with a choice of vegetable soup or tossed salad as an appetizer.

Questions 7 - 9 refer to the following conversation:

M: Would it be possible to move to another table. This one is very noisy because of that open window facing the street.
W: Certainly, sir. Would you like to have a table at the back of the restaurant or would you prefer a table on the balcony? Both places have an excellent view of the street.
M: I prefer the first one. It seems like it is a bit quieter back there and we have a lot of business to discuss.The more privacy, the better.
W: Alright. You can head on back right now, I'll bring you the menu.

Questions 10 - 12 refer to the following conversation:

W: Would you happen to know where we can find a good restaurant?
M: At the end of this street, there are some Asian restaurants which are highly recommended by some of my colleagues. My fiancée and I went there last weekend and she was very pleased. You should try one of them.
W: I love Asian food, except for Indian cooking. They use too many spices and herbs. Are there any Chinese restaurants over there?
M: Yes, there's a place called Chen's. It's really something special. It is well-known, especially for grilled duck.I like hot and spicy food, but I do have one problem with Asian food. I'm not very good at using chopsticks. 

Questions 13 - 15 refer to the following conversation:

W: You look really absorbed in that computer! What are you looking at?
M: Well, I'm reading reviews about Milana Rose. Sarah told me about it this morning. Have you ever been there? What do you know about it?
W: Yes. The food there is just fantastic, and the service is excellent, too.
M: That sounds promising. Maybe I'll take some overseas clients there at this weekend. I hope that the prices are reasonable.
